Join UCU

Read the 9 good reasons to join UCU.
You can join online or by downloading an application form at www.ucu.org.uk/join
Contact the Membership Secretary if you have any questions..
Joint membership is possible if you are already a member of certain other unions. More information is available here.

Getting help and advice on work problems

UCU can help only people who are members. If you need advice or help on difficulties that arise between you and QM management or other staff then you should send your membership number and a brief outline of the issue to the personal case co-ordinator at ucu-coordinator@qmul.ac.uk who will then allocate your case to one of the UCU committee members who have been accredited for personal casework.

Free Support Services

Education Support Partnership (formerly Recourse) provides free support services specifically for all staff working in adult, further and higher education. Supported by UCU, ESP complements the work of the union offering information and advice, telephone counselling, online coaching and financial assistance. For more information, click the logo below
